just to let you know I fitted my Kiwiprop as supplied by you on 18/03/2008 to my Bavaria 38 CC (saildrive with ropecutter).

We spent this last weekend trying it out in all conditions ie sailing in strong winds, light winds, motoring and berthing etc.

I have to say that it lived up to all expectations and I am more than pleased with it.  In sailing mode we have gained an extra knot, in speed there is no cavitation noise (experienced with the old prop). We can leave the controls in neutral (we used to have to lock in forward or reverse to prevent shaft moving. Because the prop is half the weight of the old bronze prop there is less wear and tear on the saildrive and gearbox!

In motoring mode we have again gained over a knot in speed (7.1 knots at cruising revs compared to 6 knots with the old prop).  In reverse we have better control.  There is also no big clunk when we engage forward or reverse as with the old folding prop!

My service engineer has fitted a couple of Kiwiis to various boats and was also full of praise for them.

I will be recommending this prop to all my sailing friends form now on.
